“Move, eat & sleep well” – The City Yoga Lisbon Retreat is a unique way of accommodation. That includes a yoga class and a homemade vegan or vegetarian breakfast. You explore Lisbon during the day and night at your very own pace – local tips and little hidden gems are happily shared by me with you – simply tell as much and many of you personal interests as you wish. What is your favoured way of discovering a new place, city? You will come home to a cozy, light & soul-filled place near the heart of Lisbon – though just off the main tourist track, to a local neighbourhood. I call this home myself. A thoughtfully furnished & uniquely renovated 100 year old Lisbon house with a stunning view over the city. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a total beginner you will get a daily yoga class that is specifically designed to your own needs. You get to choose at what time of the day you prefer to stretch, strengthen and rejuvenate your body, physically, emotionally and mentally.
The space is available for a single traveller or two people. Bring a friend, your partner or a family member who you would like to share a special trip to vibrant, sunny, inspiring Lisbon.
